Telegram is the second remix compilation from Björk, with remixes and one b-side from her second full-length studio album Post. Originally released in Europe first in November 1996, the US release came a little bit later in January 1997.

At the time of release all the tracks were already available on singles, except: “Headphones (Ø Remix)” (released later on I Miss You) and “Enjoy (Further Over The Edge Mix)”, released later on Possibly Maybe • Enjoy.
