Dame Evelyn Glennie returns to the Manitoba Centennial Concert Hall, Winnipeg to open the 31st Winnipeg New Music Festival with an exciting Percussion Concerto by Jennifer Higdon, performing with the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra.
