In Conversation is a series exploring topics of general interest and concern taking place at All Saints’ Church, Harston. Each one is led by a practitioner in the field and the discussion will be opened up to the audience. Join us for our fifth In Conversation series, with the opportunity to meet distinguished people who have agreed to share their professional and life experiences and respond to questions from the audience:
Dame Evelyn Glennie CH is a Scottish percussionist and the first person to create and sustain a full-time career as a solo percussionist. She will talk about her exceptional life and the career she has carved out for herself.
Doors open at 7pm and you are invited to join us for a glass of wine ahead of the talks beginning at 7.30pm.
Entry is free but we are suggesting donations of £10 to contribute to costs. Proceeds from donations will be split between All Saints’ Church (70%) and The Evelyn Glennie Foundation (30%), after deducting credit card processing costs.
