Evelyn Glennie and Jon Hemmersam have worked closely together since 2012. This has resulted in three albums Sound Spirits (2012), The Core-tet Project (2016) and most recently Open Barrier (2021).
The audience will experience something that has never been played before – and that will never be played again. The concert is literally unique. It is based on the two musicians’ collaboration and is improvised on site. That’s why we call the concert Sound Spirits impromptu, an impromptu concert.
Music transcends genres and boundaries. It becomes a true manifestation of innovative sound paintings.
